01

Information you provide

We collect your name, email address, chosen service, brief, and documents you attach. Required details depend on the service. Please do not include account passwords, card details, identity documents, or unrelated personal information.

02

Request handling and email delivery

Your brief and attachments are handled by the VoltCompose team so an expert can prepare the requested support and follow up when more information is needed. Messages and results are sent through our mailbox at info@voltcompose.com.

03

Storage and access

Briefs are stored in our hosted database and files in private object storage. Attachments are not publicly listed. Our automation must authenticate to retrieve them. We keep a request reference, processing status, and webhook records to support delivery and resolve failures.

04

Retention and deletion requests

Requests and attachments remain stored for service follow-up until deleted by the operator. Automatic expiry is not currently enabled. To request access, correction, or deletion, email info@voltcompose.com using your submission address and include your reference. We will verify the request before acting. Processing and mailbox providers may retain their own service records under their policies.

05

Accuracy and browser tools

Review facts, citations, and personal details before using any result. The grammar checker, rewriter, and summarizer run in your browser and keep their input on your device.
